Here we go again.....

As if I don't have enough project ideas collected to keep me busy for the next 3 years (and supplies to keep me busy on those same projects for at least 2 years!) Here are some MORE ideas I have found. SHEESH!!!! Good thing I have this blog to 'store' my great finds. I would really be in trouble if I bought the supplies for EVERY fun project I found and wanted to do!!! Anywho- here are my "I want to" finds for the day!

Recycled organizer project.

LOVE LOVE this little goody!!! What a great way to organize all those odd's n end's stickers and rub-on's!
Get the instructions HERE.

Well that is all for now. I do have some of my own projects to post up here finally. Maybe I will actually get around to that soon! lol

I wonder.....

..... if this would work at my house!??? I am tempted to try it!!!! What a GREAT IDEA!

I desperately need to get my kids motivated to do chores. I can't ever get myself organized enough to get that far though! At any rate I LOVE this idea!!!

So on a side note....
Yes- I am still doing this silly blog. It is no longer the vision I once had of fame and glory, I have realized there are more important (and less time consuming) things in my life right now. I won't often be posting thing that are my own idea and design. When I do post things I have made there is not likely to be a tutorial with it. But the fact remains that I enjoy browsing the craft blogs out there for fun and unique ideas. I can't possibly remember them all, so this will be where I store links to the things I find most interesting. That way if I ever get ambitious I will have the links at hand an ready to go! In the mean time I hope you all enjoy looking at what I find every now and then. If nobody ever looks at this blog other than me... well that is ok. I think just the mere act of blogging about the crafts I want to do helps me not to run out and buy the materials for every single thing I see and like! It is a way to curb the addiction I can't support I suppose! LOL. Anywho.... that is what is going on with this blog. Just thought I'd let ya know!

Hmm... Wonder if I am talented enough to pull it off!??? Probably not.... I fair better with glue and paper than fabric and a sewing machine! lol

Finaly something made by ME!!!!

This idea was born because I needed a SIMPLE and CHEEP way to make a great Family Home Evening chart. This could also be used for chore charts! Really pretty self explanatory.. but I will give the instructions anyway.

Supplies
A unique wooden shape for each person involved in your chart.
A wooden square for each assignment you will need. (I like to have as many of these as I have people)
Magnets with adhesive on one side
Paint/brush
Sharpie marker

Instructions-

Take your unique wooden shapes and use the Sharpie to write each persons name on one of them. You can buy them pre-painted like I did, or get them un-painted and do them yourself. (might be fun to let your kids each do their own.)

Paint your wooden squares. When dry use the Sharpie marker to write an assignment on each square.

Stick a magnet on the back of each piece and put them up! You are ready to start using your chart!

The kids love to rotate the magnets each Monday after our FHE. Even Mr. B who can't read knows which shape is his. This cost probably around 5$ to make and has worked wonders!

Pockets are Perfect

I thought this was a fun and easy idea that could be used for so many different things!

Necklace and bracelet organizer.

LOVE LOVE this idea!!! My jewelry needs a new place to reside. My little jewelry box started over flowing just before I got into BIG and CHUNKY jewelry! Uh... yeah..... That doesn't work!! I have needed a new place to store my necklaces. I didn't want them hidden in a jewelery box though. I love most of my necklaces so much I wanted a way to store AND display them at the same time. Searching the web yielded this WONDERFUL idea!!!!

OOOH I CAN'T WAIT!!! Going shopping TODAY for the goods!!!!

find this great project over at Laughing Dasies

I do promise that SOON this blog will have things that I have actually MADE! Now if only I would spend more of my time MAKING instead of browsing the web for NEW projects! LOL. *Sigh*
